The Ivalua procurement suite is a platform used for onboarding, managing supplier data, inviting suppliers to participate in sourcing activities (RFI, RFP, eAuctions). You have the possibility to view tenders, catalogs, orders, contracts and performance evaluations and upload information yourself, such as certificates for example in Ivalua.
With Ivalua, we will be able to digitize all procurement processes more sustainable, gain efficiency and transparency, ensure best compliance and work with up-to-date data in a collaborative way. This means that our interactions in the areas of contracting and information management will take place in Ivalua.
With Ivalua (cloud provider), we also place the highest value on the security of your data. We meet all the security standards of the European Union. With the introduction of Ivalua, multi-factor authentication will also be implemented to ensure the security of your login data. After logging in, suppliers will have access to additional systems for transport registration or the transmission of sampling documents if required.
DRÄXLMAIER is committed to the success of this initiative and is working hard to make the transition as seamless as possible for its partners. Suppliers who are invited to participate are considered strategically important to the ongoing business and are therefore expected to comply with this system change as a prerequisite for continuing the business relationship. The Ivalua supplier portal will be a mandatory standard at DRÄXLMAIER, both for new and existing suppliers.
