Internship

You can complete a paid internship with us on a full-time or part-time basis, depending on the requirements of your college or university. During your internship, you will be actively involved in the team, work on your own tasks, gain new experience and learn lots of new things.

Our internships are offered as both mandatory and voluntary internships. The duration is usually four to six months.

Working students

Looking for a change from the lecture hall and library? Perfect! With a working student position at DRÄXLMAIER, you can gain practical experience parallel to your studies.

You remain enrolled at your university or college and work flexibly - up to a maximum of 20 hours per week - at DRÄXLMAIER. During the semester break, you have the opportunity to increase your weekly working hours.

Thesis

If you would like to work on scientific topics in a practical environment, you are welcome to apply for a thesis at DRÄXLMAIER - also on your own initiative.

For both Bachelor's and Master's theses, we examine each topic carefully and ensure that you receive the best possible support. It is usually advisable to get to know the company first as part of an internship or working student activity so that you are already familiarized with a topic.

Hybrid work

Innovations and success stories spring up wherever individuals have room to develop their creativity. Our work model enables employees to work up to 50% on a mobile basis, and even as much as 80% in business areas like IT. Home office equipment is provided.

The hardest part is getting started? Not with us! With our introductory event, we ensure that new students receive an optimal introduction to the company. You will be assigned an individual mentor in the specialist and HR departments, who will always be available as a contact and sparring partner.

Personal interview
Your chance
If your application is convincing, we will invite you to an interview to get to know you and your skills. The interview usually takes place with Recruiting and the specialist department. If you are a candidate with a severe disability or equivalent status, we include the representative for severely disabled employees in all interviews.
Final decision
You get feedback
After your interview, we need a few days to make a decision. You will then receive feedback via phone. If both sides decide to work together, we will initiate all further steps for your start with us.
