I have had incredible experiences in the USA and Mexico! Getting to know the different mentalities was very interesting and instructive for me.

During his stay abroad, Dominik worked for four months at our locations in Duncan, USA and San Luis Potosi, Mexico on projects in interior purchasing. Among other things, he accompanied his colleagues on supplier visits to Monterrey, Guadalajara, Puebla in Mexico and Detroit in the USA.

I fell in love with the city and the country and really enjoyed my time there.

Nadine lived at our site in Timisoara for three months and supported production management there. While there, she was also able to visit our sites in Satu Mare and Hunedoara. "I was able to build up a large network during my time in Romania and made many new friends, both professionally and privately."

I was able to grow and develop both professionally and as a person.

As part of his stay abroad, Michele spent four months at our electrical site in Ipoh, Malaysia, assisting with wiring harness production projects. In his free time, he was able to learn a lot about the three cultures living there. "The Malaysian population is very mixed and consists mainly of Muslim Malays, Chinese and Indians. For example, I went to a colleague's Indian engagement party and a dinner after Ramadan," Michele says. "I'm amazed by the beautiful nature and the powerful metropolitan cities."
