Recruiting Students

What are your tasks as a working student at DRÄXLMAIER?

My current main tasks as a working student at DRÄXLMAIER Germany are supporting the recruitment process for students at German locations, drawing up contracts and certificates for students as well as planning and organizing monthly student events.

What do you like best about your job?

I enjoy working with people the most. I like it to interact with colleagues and applicants. I also find it exciting to constantly take on new and varied topics that go beyond the daily routine. I also particularly rejoice in taking part in career fairs, where I have the opportunity to represent our company and get to know potential talents.

Your best team experience so far?

My best project and team experience at DRÄXLMAIER so far was working on the student image film. I was able to contribute my many ideas from planning to implementation. I also motivated many students from different departments to take part and had the opportunity to stand in front of the camera myself.

What skills or experiences have you gained at DRÄXLMAIER that you particularly value?

One of the most valuable experiences I have had at DRÄXLMAIER is being able to combine my studies and work. I think it's great that I can reconcile these two areas. I have also gained valuable insights into sales, as I was a working student there in a previous semester.

What do you like to do in your free time and what are your hobbies?

In my free time, I enjoy doing sports and traveling to countries all over the world. I am also very interested in healthy eating. Alongside my studies, I have completed training to become a certified nutritionist.

Do you have any tips or advice for other students?

My most important tip for other students is to gain practical experience during their studies. These experiences are particularly valuable and often help to better understand theoretical concepts. It's also important to always be open to new things - be it in terms of new tasks or different perspectives.

Is there a specific goal that you are pursuing in your career?

My goal is to find a job that both challenges and fulfills me. I want to enjoy going to work every day and be able to improve myself. It is important to me to work in an environment that inspires me and allows me to contribute and develop my skills.
