22 skilled employees start their professional lives
22 trainees from the Vilsbiburg, Landau an der Isar, Böblingen and Bischofswiesen locations have completed their training in one of seven different professions. The young specialists celebrated this success together with their trainers, relatives and friends.
Well qualified to start their professional life
Daniel Greifeneder, head of German training, was delighted along with the young specialists: “Be proud of yourself. Your training is the foundation for your professional future. However, there are still many challenges ahead of you. So continue to be open to further training and developing as a specialist.”
Michael Malec, responsible for international human resources management at the premium supplier, also congratulated the graduates and emphasized: “Knowledge is good, but ability is better: imparting knowledge to our former trainees was our task during the training. Converting it into skills is the task of the young specialists every day."
Works council chairman Rudolf Lang also wished the former trainees every success in starting their professional lives: "With your training qualification in your pocket, you are now ideally qualified to start your career. Get started, take on responsibility and seize the opportunities that await you at DRÄXLMAIER, including in the international environment."
IHK Vice President Hans Graf congratulated the graduates and emphasized the importance of vocational training. "Training opens up all perspectives and opportunities. It offers an ideal start to a professional career on site, which can lead to bachelor's or master's level via the system of professional training. The career paths with professional training and further education are in no way inferior to an academic career, on the contrary," said Graf.
Two graduates look back
Mike Hindermann, vehicle interior mechanic, and Janik Winter, foreign language industrial clerk, reviewed the years of training in their joint speech. "Today is a special day for all of us. We are celebrating the end of an exciting and educational training period in which we experienced, learned and achieved a lot," said Mike Hindermann. The two speakers particularly remembered the shared experiences, be it the introductory seminar in Benediktbeuern or events such as the Night of Training and Youth Research Bavaria, in the organization and implementation of which the trainees actively contributed. "We all developed professionally and personally, faced new challenges and always supported each other," said Janik Winter looking back. The two speakers expressed special thanks to the entire training team at the DRÄXLMAIER Group: "You made an important contribution to our training and gave us trust and appreciation," emphasized Mike Hindermann.
Among the best in their year
The trainees achieved consistently pleasing and often very good results in their exams. Nine of the 22 graduates achieved an average grade of 1 in vocational school. Mike Hindermann, vehicle interior mechanic, also received the State Prize of the governments of Lower Bavaria and Upper Bavaria for his excellent vocational school graduation. Katharina Peyerl was also honored for her outstanding performance in vocational school.
