DRÄXLMAIER welcomes 57 new trainees
57 new trainees started their training at DRÄXLMAIER on Monday, September 2nd. They will be trained in one of eleven professions in Vilsbiburg, Landau, Sachsenheim, Munich, Leipzig, Gaimersheim and in Braunau, Austria.
At the headquarters in Vilsbiburg, the trainers welcomed their new protégés. The new trainees also received their first important training sessions straight away. On the same day, they went to the traditional induction week in Benediktbeuern. There, the trainees have the opportunity to get to know the company, but above all the trainers and the other trainees better and to grow together as a team. "The induction week is incredibly important for our new trainees. They can work together in a playful way across professions in joint activities and build an interpersonal basis. This week also creates the foundation for a trusting relationship with the trainers," says Barbara Gerber, responsible for international training at DRÄXLMAIER.
Getting to know each other through play
In Benediktbeuern, trainees can look forward to a wide range of projects and workshops, as well as interesting lectures on various topics, such as sustainability or DRÄXLMAIER worldwide. At a knowledge rally towards the end of the introductory seminar, participants can demonstrate their knowledge in a playful way. "The trainees are very enthusiastic about it every year," says Barbara Gerber.
