21. January 2022 For the 14th time in a row, the DRÄXLMAIER Group was certified as a Top Employer Germany.

The DRÄXLMAIER Group has received the Top Employer Germany award for the 14th time in a row. With this certification, the automotive supplier has once again shown that it offers a constantly excellent working environment through constant improvement of its employee offers and working conditions and can thus continue to assert itself in a hard-fought competitive environment with constantly increasing requirements.

The Top Employers Institute validates numerous companies every year using a comprehensive questionnaire and detailed feedback discussions with regard to their HR processes. The analysis serves as the basis for a benchmark with corresponding point scoring. In 2022, more than 1,800 companies worldwide, 144 of them in Germany, were recognized as Top Employers.
The list of questions is continuously adapted to the latest findings and trends. This year, the focus was particularly on the topics of sustainability, diversity and inclusion. DRÄXLMAIER was even able to increase its score compared to the previous year.

Top Employers Institute CEO David Plink says: “Reflecting on the demanding year that has, like the year before it, impacted organisations across the world, the DRÄXLMAIER Group has continued to show that it prioritises maintaining excellent people practices in the workplace. They continue to meet the challenges of the changing world of work while working tirelessly to make a positive impact on the lives of their workforce. We are pleased to celebrate and applaud the organisations that have been certified as Top Employers in their respective countries this year.”

DRÄXLMAIER Group wants to improve even more
The DRÄXLMAIER Group not only uses the certification as a top employer for personnel marketing, but the detailed results of the benchmark are used in particular for continuous further development in the human resources area. The company stood out particularly positively in this year's certification for its personnel strategy, the excellent working environment and the integration of sustainability into the HR processes. “The renewed award shows once again that we are a highly attractive employer. We are constantly working on further expanding our position," says Diana Eid, responsible for HR Strategy & Corporate Functions at DRÄXLMAIER.
"The evaluation by the Top Employers Institute shows where we are strong and how we can continue to improve," explains Jerzy Bittner, who is responsible for recruiting at DRÄXLMAIER in Germany. "Now it is important to present the strengths to the recruiting target groups in an even more transparent manner and to continue working on our attractiveness as an employer, for example on future-oriented work and collaboration models that are required by the pandemic," says Bittner.

The award as Top Employer Germany 2022 is the fourth honor of this kind for the DRÄXLMAIER Group within a short period of time. In addition to regional employer awards in China and Tunisia, the DRÄXLMAIER Group was pleased to be included in the Forbes magazine ranking of the world's best employers at the end of 2021.
