DRÄXLMAIER is again one of the world's best employers

24. January 2024 The Bavarian automotive supplier was once again honored by Forbes magazine.

Only 700 companies worldwide were able to secure a place on Forbes magazine's current list of the best, including 44 companies from the automotive industry. DRÄXLMAIER ranks 33rd in the automotive sector, which includes OEMs and suppliers, well ahead of some of its competitors and is one of only ten German companies in the industry to be recognized. The Forbes ranking once again features prominent global corporations such as BMW, Adidas and Microsoft.

DRÄXLMAIER impresses as an employer in international survey
DRÄXLMAIER had already been recognized in the two previous editions of the Forbes ranking in 2021 and 2022. The renewed honor with this important international employer seal is confirmation that the DRÄXLMAIER Group, with its more than 65 locations in over 20 countries, is perceived as a relevant and attractive employer worldwide. For the best list, Forbes magazine, in cooperation with Statista, anonymously asked more than 170,000 employees from over 50 countries whether they would recommend their company as an employer to friends or acquaintances. At the same time, the respondents were also asked to rate competitors from the respective sector. Only those who achieved top scores in all categories were able to qualify for the best list.

DRÄXLMAIER was particularly convincing in the ranking with first-class personnel development, sustainability, a very good work-life balance and great cohesion between colleagues. The DRÄXLMAIER Group's HR management also has a good record in the area of digitalization.
