November 2013. – On November 14, the Dräxlmaier Group was recognized for the seventh time in a row as a “Top Automotive Employer” by the Düsseldorf-based Top Employers Institute. Again this year, the Dräxlmaier Group can celebrate having the coveted distinction “Top Automotive Employer 2014,” awarded on November 14 in Stuttgart by the Top Employers Institute jury to a total of 25 companies in the German automotive industry. The Top Employers Institute, which has been honoring top employers worldwide since 1991, recognizes companies that place special importance on the personal and professional development of their employees. Projects such as integration processes for new employees, flexible working hour models or team-building events for their separate branches were evaluated.

“We use this opportunity to measure ourselves against other companies and to present ourselves as an attractive employer. Receiving this top automotive employer award again shows us that we are in a strong position in the competition for qualified expert and management staff,” said Frank Heger, manager of personnel marketing and recruiting, during the awards ceremony in Stuttgart.

The award is given based on an employer study by the Top Employers Institute. In this, experienced economic journalists investigate the personnel leadership and strategy on-site at the companies in question.

The top automotive employers are trailblazers in personnel marketing and develop successful strategies whose goal is to attract the experts and leaders of tomorrow and to reinforce personnel loyalty to the company.
