DRÄXLMAIER supports rescue training of the BRK Landshut

08. July 2024 The automotive supplier is donating 10,000 euros for the purchase of a resuscitation doll.

The BRK Landshut district association will soon have a new training device at its disposal. The DRÄXLMAIER Group has donated 10,000 euros to the district association to purchase a professional resuscitation dummy. This enables realistic training of rescue procedures and will now be used regularly for training purposes, in particular for training volunteers.

Further training for volunteers of the BRK emergency services
"We are investing the donation in the training of our BRK emergency services so that our volunteers are optimally prepared for their missions," explains Michael Ingerl, deputy district manager. "These training and further training hours, which take place in our members' free time, are a valuable contribution to the entire community. We all benefit from this commitment," Ingerl continues.

The members of the BRK emergency services invest a large part of their free time in voluntary work, such as providing medical support at events. "Further training and realistic exercises are crucial in order to be able to provide quick and professional help in emergencies," emphasizes Nicolas Dietz, acting head of medical services. "Modern training dummies, which can be used to monitor pulse and breathing, for example, are a great advantage. I would like to thank DRÄXLMAIER for the quick and uncomplicated support," says Dietz.

Quick help for the people in the region
As a family business and partner of the region, the DRÄXLMAIER Group consciously supports institutions and initiatives in the areas of social affairs, health, education and sport. "The BRK Landshut district association, with its many volunteers, is very close to people here in the region and provides expert help very quickly in an emergency," emphasizes Olivier Dubois, responsible for marketing and corporate communications.
