Fifth generation of completed interns at DRÄXLMAIER North Macedonia
About three dozen students successfully completed the practical teaching within the framework of the dual professional education according to German standards at DRӒXLMAIER North Macedonia and obtained a certificate for Technician for Industrial Mechatronics. Some of them will join the big DRӒXLMAIER family, and some will continue their education at one of the technical faculties.
DRӒXLMAIER with support for young people
DRÄXLMAIER as a family company makes an exceptional contribution to the education of young people and provides them with future perspectives through high, uniform training standards. "As a future-oriented and innovation-oriented company, we want to encourage young people to learn, but also to explore. During practical teaching, students have the freedom to develop their character in a creative environment. We congratulate the interns and wish them many professional successes in the future. The best of them receive employment contracts in our company, so they will be directly involved in the work process and will have the opportunity to improve and expand the acquired knowledge", said Lukas Muehringer, General Manager of DRӒXLMAIER North Macedonia at the joint awarding meeting of the certificates, which was organized by the company, and which was also attended by some of the parents of the interns. "We are pleased by the fact that, in addition to boys, a large number of girls are showing interest in dual vocational education according to German standards in technical fields", Muehringer adds.
From this year, the apprentice students will also take a final exam according to German standards to check the acquired knowledge.
Happy students, proud parents
Students happy and satisfied with firm steps continue to move towards their professional future. "Thanks to DRӒXLMAIER, I received an appropriate professional education in the technical fields. In addition to the theoretical teaching, here the students are constantly active through the creation of various projects, and in the final years we got to know the production process under the guidance of mentors. Now we are ready to compete on the labor market in the relevant industry", says Dimitar Mitrevski. Parents, on the other hand, are especially proud of their children because of the results achieved. "DRӒXLMAIER has been present in our city for more than 10 years. That speaks volumes for the stability of the company. I am happy that my son was offered an employment contract and he became part of a company with a secure and promising future", said Elica Ristova, mother of one of the interns, who is also employed at DRӒXLMAIER.
DRӒXLMAIER is a leader in the country in the implementation of the dual education model according to German standards through which every year the company creates prepared personnel who are in demand on the labor market and with whose support it will shape the mobility of the future.
