What are your tasks as a master's thesis graduate at DRÄXLMAIER?
As a master's thesis graduate at DRÄXLMAIER, I support the introduction of a new project management tool. This includes recording and documenting user requirements and use cases, and setting up and configuring the system structures. I also migrate data and projects from the old system, help with the creation of training documents and templates and contribute to the translation of documents into English.
What do you like best about your job?
What I like most is the variety of my tasks. I learn something new every day, which develops my skills and gives me lots of new insights. This variety makes my work exciting and educational.
Your best team experience so far?
My team members always support me, motivate me and generally share their knowledge and experience with me. I feel very lucky and grateful to work with such a dedicated and helpful team. Working with my team is not only fun, but also helps me to develop professionally and personally.
What skills or experiences have you gained at DRÄXLMAIER that you particularly value?
At DRÄXLMAIER, I have acquired important skills such as organization and precision in my work. I particularly appreciate the experience of working in a professional environment where I have not only been able to deepen my specialist knowledge, but have also experienced teamwork and communication at a high level.
What do you like to do in your free time and what are your hobbies?
In my free time, I like to do sports and love to travel. Exploring new cultures and places inspires me and broadens my horizons.
Do you have any tips or advice for other students?
My tip for other students would be to take every opportunity to gain practical experience. It's important to stay curious, ask questions and be open to new things because that's how you can develop both professionally and personally.
Is there a specific goal or dream that you are pursuing in your career?
My goal is to specialize further in my field and to take on a responsible position in an international company in the long term. I want to make a contribution to developing innovative solutions while continuing to learn and grow.
