Lukas works as a working student in the pre-development department at the DRÄXLMAIER Campus in Garching.

What is your task in the team?
"Together with my team colleagues, I deal with the introduction and implementation of agile development methods for current and future pre-development projects." For this purpose Lukas is in continuous exchange with the agile project teams. "Together we develop new approaches and I also participate in various Scrum events and the respective Daily Standup", reports the working student. 

What are the advantages of working agile?
"The agile mindset enables the project team to take on more responsibility and to contribute their own creative ideas," explains Lukas. He also likes the modern working atmosphere at DRÄXLMAIER in Garching. "I get exciting insights into the practical side of the automotive world here," he emphasizes.
