DRÄXLMAIER once again recognized as a Top Employer

This year, the DRÄXLMAIER Group is once again one of Germany's outstanding employers. The automotive supplier has been certified as a Top Employer for the 17th time in a row. Once again, the company improved on its excellent results from the previous year.

The Top Employers Institute analyzes several thousand companies worldwide annually. Only those who impress the expert jury in a comprehensive certification process receive the "Top Employer" award. The validation process is optimized year after year and adapted to the latest findings and trends. "This year's Top Employer certification program underscores the commitment of our Top Employers, who continue to set standards and consistently deliver first-class HR strategies and practices," explains David Plink, CEO of the Top Employers Institute. As in previous years, the DRÄXLMAIER Group achieved good to in some cases very good results in the analyzed categories. "We are very pleased that we were able to set benchmarks in the areas of sustainability and employee recruitment. At the same time, we are successfully working on further developing the other dimensions, as the results show. Continuous and sustainable improvement is both an incentive and a challenge for us," says Michael Malec, responsible for international human resources management.
