Green factory

16. January 2020 Production in energy-efficient buildings

Not only do we want to produce in a resource-protecting and environmentally friendly manner, we also want to use the energy in our buildings as efficiently as possible. With this goal, DRÄXLMAIER initiated the "green factory" study, in cooperation with the Technical University of Munich (TUM).

This study researched different types of  production halls and different usage profiles, as well as sites in multiple climate zones. The result of this cooperation is a catalog containing economic and ecological measures to optimize existing DRÄXLMAIER sites from an energy standpoint.
