"I am facing greater challenges every day - and that is exactly what I like about my work", emphasizes Fathi Ben Khalifa who started his career at DRÄXLMAIER one and a half years ago. After working for a local Tunisian company in textile industry he decided to take the step into an international company. "What I really like at DRÄXLMAIER is the diversity. I am dealing with people from different countries every day - this is challenging but also very enriching", explains Fathi. 

Dealing with new technologies
The IT specialist is a member of the network team at the DRÄXLMAIER site in Sousse. While keeping all employees connected, Fathi is daily dealing with new technologies: "At DRÄXLMAIER I am able to learn a lot of new techniques and to improve my existing knowledge. It has been my ambition since school to work in a modern IT environment and with regard to this, one can say that I am professionally currently living my dream."

Wide range of tasks
In his daily work Fathi is often dealing with office workers but also with the Blue Collars in production. "My team is covering a wide range of tasks - besides cloud solutions which enable my colleagues to work securely from home we are also taking care of the WiFi-connection of our machines in the production area. Especially the latter often means finding time-sensitively solutions", explains Fathi.

Give and take
When Fathi is talking about his job, he describes his work at DRÄXLMAIER as a 'give and take': "I am doing my very best every day and at the same time I get a lot back from my company."
